Councillor Price was appointed Chair of the Committee.

Appointment of a Vice-Chair may not be considered necessary.

Councillor Turner was appointed Vice-Chair of the meeting.

There were no apologies for absence.

The Committee interviewed candidates for the post of Executive Director, City Regeneration.  It decided to offer the position to David Edwards on a starting date and at a salary to be decided by the Head of People and Equalities in consultation with the Chief Executive.
