To consider an appointment to the post of Executive Director, City Regeneration.

The public interest in maintaining the exemption is so that discussions and deliberations of the Committee with and about candidates are not compromised and so that the confidentiality of information provided by candidates is protected.

The Committee interviewed candidates for the post of Executive Director, City Regeneration.  It decided to offer the position to David Edwards on a starting date and at a salary to be decided by the Head of People and Equalities in consultation with the Chief Executive.
