• Councillor Alex Hollingsworth - Prejudicial - Councillor Hollingsworth declared that as one of the Council’s appointed representatives to the Shareholder and Joint Venture Group for the Oxford City Council wholly-owned housing company, which was named as a party to the application, he would withdraw and leave the meeting room whilst the application was considered.
• Councillor Lucy Pegg - Confirm: no interest, no bias - Councillor Pegg stated that she worked for the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts. Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust had commented on the application and Councillor Pegg declared that she was approaching the application with an open mind.
