End of official twinning agreement with Perm
To end
Oxford’s official twinning links with the City of Perm in
Russia.
At such a time as Russia’s breaches of international law
cease the Council will consider the reinstatement of the twinning
agreement with Perm but that will be subject to a separate
decision.
Oxford has been linked with Perm since 1990 and the two cities have
been twinned since 1995.
