Purpose of committee
The Finance and Performance Panel is a cross-party standing panel established by the Scrutiny Committee to scrutinise all finance and budgetary issues and decisions, as well as monitoring wider Council performance. Its work includes conducting an in depth annual review of the Council’s budget proposals and medium term financial strategy.
