3.	Election of Chair for the Council Year 2012/13 The Committee will be asked to elect a Chair for the Council Year 2012/13. Minutes: The Committee agreed to elect Councillor Mike Rowley as Chair for the Council Year 2012/13.
4.	Election of Vice-Chair for the Council Year 2012/13 The Committee will elect a Vice-Chair for the Council Year 2012/13. Minutes: The Committee agreed to elect Councillors David Rundle and Craig Simmons as Co-Vice-Chairs for the Council Year 2012/13.
5.	Dates of future meetings The Committee will meet on the following dates at 6.00pm in the Town Hall: Thursday 28^th June 2012 Thursday 27^th September 2012 Thursday 29^th November 2012 Thursday 28^th February 2013 Thursday 18^th April 2013 Minutes: The Committee agreed to note the dates of future meetings as detailed on the agenda pages and that the next meeting of the Committee would take place on Thursday 28^th June 2012.
