The Police and Crime Panel is responsible for the scrutiny of the Police and Crime Commissioner.  The panel is made up of 18 local councillors (one from each of the local authorities in the Force area) and two independent co-opted members. The Panel holds regular public meetings which are webcast where possible.

Until December 2019 the lead authority that provided support to the Police and Crime Panel is South Bucks District Council. From January 2020 the lead authority is Oxfordshire County Council. You can view Agendas and minutes on their website.
