  • Councillor Colin Cook - - Stated that although, as ward councillor, he had previously engaged in discussion with Network Rail and his constituents about the generic proposals for the new railway station he had not discussed or commented upon the specific application and that he was approaching it with an open mind, would listen to all the arguments and weigh up all the relevant facts before coming to a decision.

He had also been a signatory to the call-in. Councillor Cook said that he was approaching the application with an open mind, would listen to all the arguments and weigh up all the relevant facts before coming to a decision.
