• Councillor Dr Christopher Smowton - - stated that he intended to submit a personal planning application for the installation of photovoltaic plates at his own property and for that reason he would not take part in the consideration of the application before the committee and would leave the meeting.
• Councillor Louise Upton - - stated that she had called the application in to committee but she had expressed no view on the application and had not made her mind up on the matter and approached it with an open mind.
