• Councillor Paul Harris - - Councillor Harris said that the owners of the neighbouring property at 6 Warnborough Road were known to him. He was not aware if they had objected to the proposal but he had had no contact with them in relation to this application and so, for the avoidance of doubt, he declared he would be approaching the application with an open mind.
