Tenancy Fraud Amnesty

The Council are looking to run a campaign in the summer 2014 to encourage tenants who are sub-letting to return the keys to their council properties without fear of being prosecuted.  The amnesty will run for a 2 month period and may require a temporary departure from housing policy in respect of giving a week notice period.
