This report is about the refreshed and updated Carbon management strategy and implementation plan for Oxford City Council for the next 5 years. The original plan was adopted by Council in April 2008. It has now been updated to reflect extended scope of emissions covered and the stretch target recently adopted by Council of a 5% year on year reduction in CO2 emissions from Council buildings and operations.
