Decision to Direct Award OCC's Non-Domestic Water Supply and Wastewater Contract
In the July Cabinet Delegate authority was
given to the Deputy Chief Executive - Place to Direct Award the
Council’s Water Supply and Wastewater Contract to Anglian
Water Business (National) Limited t/a Wave Utilities on a 2+1+1
contract term, subject to final contract price; and to delegate
authority to the Deputy Chief Executive - Place to make
non-substantive changes to the framework should they become
necessary.
The Council now know the final contract price and intent to award
the contract.
