Group Finance Director (Section 151 Officer) and the Director of
Law, Governance and Strategy (Monitoring Officer), to award the
contract, finalise and enter into all necessary contractual
arrangements, and appoint a strategic partner consultancy to
support the implementation of the Greater Oxford Council.
