Acceptance and use of waste and recycling (pEPR) grant funding
To seek Cabinet approval:
• to accept pEPR grant funding to enable works to improve
recycling rates across the city and to comply with Simpler
Recycling legislative requirements.
• to hold the majority of the funding in reserves whilst
project proposals are developed, with future Cabinet papers as
required to authorise significant spend.
• to provide delegations to officers to enable management and
governance of the grant funding.
