Annual Housing Complaint Performance & Service Improvement Report
As required by the Housing Ombudsman, we have
to produce, submit, and publish a self-assessment of our compliance
with their Code along with a annual complaint performance &
self assessment report. This report needs to be approved by Cabinet
and their response published alongside it.
