There is an opportunity for the council to
purchase the leasehold of a three x proposed one-bedroom flats
located at Flats C,E,G, at 10 Cinnaminta Hill Road, Oxford, OX3 7JB
from then open market into the HRA as part of the Temporary
Accommodation programme for an agreed price of £840,000 for
all three units. These flats form part of a wider portfolio of
which the council will eventually acquire the freehold.
