Contract in relation to Real Estate Asset Valuations
Following approval of delegation from Cabinet,
the Group Director of Finance in consultation with the Director of
Law, Governance and Strategy will agree the cost, final terms, and
a new contract with suitably qualified firms to undertake real
estate valuations.
Target decision date is no later than 31 December 2025.
