At Cabinet in September 2024 approval was given to the Heads of Terms for an Option Agreement for the disposal of land at Foxwell Drive, Headington.
Cabinet gave delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Executive – Place (previously) Executive Director – Development) in consultation with the Director of Law, Governance and Strategy (previously Head of Law and Governance) and the Cabinet Member for Finance and Asset Management to enter into the Option Agreement.
Cabinet also gave delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Executive (previously Executive Director – Development) in consultation with the Director of Law, Governance and Strategy (previously Head of Law and Governance) and the Cabinet Member for Finance and Asset Management to agree the final disposal price of the Land on the basis it will comply with s.123 requirements.
