Draft Air Quality Action Plan
Oxford City Council has a statutory
responsibility, under the Local Air Quality Management framework
outlined in Part IV of the Environment Act 1995 (as amended by the
Environment Act 2021), to develop a written plan aimed at achieving
air quality standards and objectives within its designated Air
Quality Management Area (AQMA).
The purpose of this report is to seek approval to proceed with
public consultation on the draft Air Quality Action Plan
2026-2030
