Annual Housing Complaint Performance & Service Improvement Report
As part of the Housing Ombudsman’s
requirements for landlords, we complete and publish our Complaints
Handling Code Self-Assessment and produce this annual report to
share our findings, successes, and lessons learned with the
Ombudsman, the Council Members, and most importantly, our
residents
The Head of Housing Services has submitted a report to seek Cabinet
approval for the Annual Complaint Performance & Service
Improvement Report (Housing) 2024/25.
Cabinet is recommended to:
1. Agree the content of the Annual Complaint Performance &
Service Improvement Report 2024/25 (Housing) in Appendix 1;
and
2. Provide a formal response to the Annual Complaint Performance
& Service Improvement Report 2024/25.
