To present the Oxford Local Plan 2042
Regulation 18 consultation document and seek Cabinet approval for
it to go out for consultation; and to seek delegated authority for
the Director of Planning and Regulatory Services, in consultation
with the Cabinet Member, to make any necessary editorial
corrections to the document before publication. The Regulation 18
consultation is the first of two main statutory stages of
consultation for local plans.
