This report will recommend and seek approval for proposed new tenant engagement arrangements that respond to the Council’s resident engagement priorities and will comply with the new Housing Regulator Consumer Standards. The proposed structure provides for co-production work with tenants and forums for representative and impactful engagement to ensure that tenant voices are at the heart of the housing service. Alongside this, it will also outline how we are re-organising Landlord service functions to improve responsive to tenants and effectiveness in delivering the Consumer Standards.
