To approve the deed of variation to the leisure operating contract dated 27th March 2024 to set out the arrangements in relation to payment of the monies for the leisure investment programme, including repayment of those monies by Serco Leisure to the Council.

Consultation process

The Council's leisure operator will undertake consultation through leisure centre user groups and where there are proposed significant changes such as the Leys Leisure Centre, it will conduct a wider consultative approach with clubs and stakeholders. This is expected to be complete prior to cabinet in July.
