To seek approval of the Oxfordshire Councils’ Charter, a framework for better partnership working in Oxfordshire, including shared commitments and principles. The Charter has been a collaborative effort between Oxfordshire County Council, Oxford City Council, Cherwell District Council, West Oxfordshire, South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of While Horse, along with consultation with all of the Parish Councils within the County and the Oxfordshire Association of Local Councils.
