To approve a virement of up to £900k from the Council’s construction inflation budget to meet the current projected overspend on the East Oxford Community Centre budget, which is as a result of construction inflation of around 19% which has impacted the project since the budget was last approved. To subsequently approve the award of the construction contract to ODS.
