alongside the draft priorities for the new strategy, and seeks
approval for the launch of a visioning consultation.

Consultation process
The report will seek approval to go out for a
visioning consultation to collect views on the homelessness review
and draft priorities, in order to guide and inform strategy
development. The consultation is expected to be held through the
summer. Later in the year a full statutory consultation will be
held on the draft strategy, following a further report to cabinet
for approval.
