Neighbourhood Forums are required to designate
their status every five years. The Headington Neighbourhood Forum
designation expired in September 2019. This application is to (re)
designate the Neighbourhood Forum.

Consultation process
There is a statutory requirement for the local
planning authority to publicise and consults on a neighbourhood
forum application for minimum 6 weeks. Providing this consultation
begins on Monday 28 November the six week statutory period will
finish on Monday 9 December. Consultation feedback to be provided
through a verbal update to Cabinet if this date is acceptable.
Target groups are set out in legislation as follows: a local
planning authority must publish the following on their website and
in such other manner as they consider is likely to bring the
designation to the attention of people who live, work or carry on
business in the neighbourhood area.
