Barton Oxford LLP
The City Council entered into a joint venture
( known as Barton Oxford LLP ) with Grosvenor developments Limited
to bring forward the development of land at Barton , now known as
Barton Park . Subsequently , the Council also entered into an
agreement with the joint venture that enabled the purchase of all
affordable housing to be provided on the site . This report
provides an update on the progress of the joint venture and the
purchase of the social housing .
