Consultation process
Scrutiny Housing Panel will have received a
report on 26 April on the progress of the exiting Empty Property
Strategy 2013-18. Some consultation with stakeholders and officers
will take place in June/July to inform the new draft Empty Property
Strategy 2018-23. Public and stakeholder consultation will take
place between September and November and feedback from this will
inform amendments. The revised strategy will be presented to CEB in
January 2018 and to Council thereafter.
