This report presents the first annual Business Plan of Oxford City Housing Limited (OCHL) – a wholly owned subsidiary of Oxford City Council. The Business Plan details the strategic objectives and commercial projections for the company.

The Business Plan is presented to the Shareholder (executive members of the Council nominated to undertake its shareholder powers) for noting and comment only.

Future Business Plans and progress statements will be presented to the Shareholder on an annual basis.
