Introduction of a Rent Guarantee Scheme

To agree changes in the Councils offer to local landlords in a small two year pilot to launch a rent guarantee. The aim is to secure and sustain more lets in the Oxford private rented sector.

 

In exchange households threatened with homelessness would agree to a tailored package of measures to boost their financial independence.
