Cabinet resolved to:

1.    Approve delegate authority to the Deputy Chief Executive - Place to Direct Award the Council’s Water Supply and Wastewater Contract to Anglian Water Business (National) Limited t/a Wave Utilities on a 2+1+1 contract term, subject to final contract price; and delegate authority to the Deputy Chief Executive - Place to make non-substantive changes to the framework should they become necessary.?
