Delivery of Affordable Housing (Oxford North, Goose Green and Meadow Lane)
18/07/2024 - Development Service Agreement (DSA) with OCHL to undertake all development services in relation to the affordable housing at the 'Canalside' housing development, Oxford North
To enter into a Development Service Agreement (DSA) with OCHL to undertake all development services in relation to the affordable housing at the ‘Canalside’ housing development, Oxford North. The budget envelope for the project has been provided at annual February Council budget setting meetings.
The fee for the development management services is agreed at 6% of the land and build cost.
22/06/2023 - Entering into a land sale agreement and development agreement with Hill Residential Limited to deliver 111 new homes at Oxford North (the Canalside development)
To enter into a land sale agreement and development agreement with Hill Residential Ltd for the purpose of purchasing 111 new affordable homes for the HRA.
