16/11/2023 - Entering into a build contract to deliver 26 new homes at Princes and Collins Street
Following a fully compliant procurement exercise for the construction of the housing projects at Princes and Collins Street, a decision was required to enter the build contract. The contract price is within the HRA budget. The decision to enter into a build contract has been made following consultation with the appropriate officers and members.
