The Chief Executive has submitted a report to update the Committee on the Council’s senior management arrangements, as required by Part 7.8(f) of the Council’s Constitution.
Minutes:
The Chief Executive introduced the report. Stephen Gabriel had been appointed as the Executive Director, Communities and People in April 2021 and would take up post in September 2021.
The Committee resolved to:
1. Note the update on senior management arrangements;
2. Approve a contract extension for a further 15 – 20 days, to the fixed term contract for the current Interim Director for Housing; and
3. Approve a contract extension until 30th September 2021, to the fixed term contract for the current Interim Executive Director for Communities and Customers.
