Up to five minutes is available for each public address.

Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget 2026 - 2027 The Group Finance Director submitted a report to Council regarding HRA Reserves.
Recommendation: That Council resolves to: 1. Approve the use of £3.5 million of Housing Revenue Account (HRA) reserves in 2026 – 2027.
