Councillor Lygo informed the Sub-Committee that the applicant described in item 7 lives at an address within the division he represents as County Councillor, but he did not personally know him.

The Chair informed the Sub-Committee that the applicant described in item 9 lives at an address which is a block of flats she historically resided at. She also assured members that she did not personally know the applicant.

The Sub-Committee resolved that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972  the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the remaining items of business on the grounds that their presence would involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in Paragraph 3 of  Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
