3.	Housing and Homelessness Panel Work Plan View the background to item 3. The Panel is asked to NOTE that this is the final meeting of the civic year and that a work plan will be agreed by Scrutiny for the forthcoming year.

Councillor Diko Walcott, Cabinet Member for Affordable Housing, Housing Security and Housing the Homeless and Ian Wright, Head of Regulatory Services and Community Safety, have been invited to present a report to update the Panel on the progress made against the actions specified in Council’s DSS discrimination motion. The Panel is asked to consider the report and AGREE any recommendations to Cabinet it wishes to make.

The Panel is asked to review the draft Tenant Involvement and Empowerment report and AGREE for it to go on to the Scrutiny Committee for final sign off, having identified any necessary amendments. NB This report will follow as a supplement.
7.	Arrangements for Next Year Once the current civic year is wrapped up it will be necessary to plan the arrangements for next civic year. The Panel is asked to give its feedback on the following questions: - Is the number of participants on the Panel (6) right? - Would the Panel prefer that next year the meetings are held in person or virtually? - Does the Panel want external members, either as official co-optees or informal invitees?
