There are several major railway development programmes which will affect Oxford in the near future. The Chiltern Railways “Evergreen 3” Scheme is one such scheme, with the City Council having duties as one of two Local Planning and Environmental Health Authorities affected by it.

This briefing is an opportunity to hear about the background and current status of the Chiltern Scheme from the officers who have been working on it. The briefing will also cover noise aspects of other railway-related developments likely to affect Oxford residents.
