This report outlines outcomes from the Strategy at quarter 3. The Panel Chair, Councillor Simmons, wishes to raise within this debate the proposals put forward by the group “Fossil Free Oxfordshire” which lobby for divestment from fossil fuel companies. Any recommendations from the Panel will be presented to the City Executive Board on the 12^th. March and circulated to the Scrutiny Committee for information.
