20/02019/TPO: 26 Badger's Walk, Oxford, OX4 2GW Proposal: Fell 2 common hawthorn trees located within area A.1 on the Oxford City Council - Leafield Road (No.1) Tree Preservation Order 2000. Site address: 26 Badger's Walk, Oxford, OX4 2GW Recommendation: East Area Planning Committee is recommended to grant TPO consent for the following reasons: · the removal of 2 common hawthorn trees from the rear garden of 26 Badger’s Walk will not be significantly detrimental to public amenity in the area.
Additional documents: Minutes: The Committee considered an application to fell 2 common hawthorn trees located within area A.1 on the Oxford City Council - Leafield Road (No.1) Tree Preservation Order 2000 and located in the rear garden of 26 Badger's Walk, Oxford, OX4 2GW. On being proposed, seconded and put to the vote, the Committee agreed with the officer’s recommendation to approve the application because the removal of two common hawthorn trees from the rear garden of 26 Badger’s Walk would not be significantly detrimental to public amenity in the area.
