The Head of Regulatory Services & Community Safety has submitted a report to inform the determination of AGD Four Ltd’s application for a  new premises licence.

Recommendations: That the Licensing & Gambling Acts Sub-Committee resolves to:

Determine AGD Four Ltd Application for a new Premises Licence taking into account the details in this report and any representations made at this Sub-Committee meeting.
