To purchase Flats 10 and 31 Latimer Grange, Headington, OX3 7PQ / OX3 7PH for a total purchase price of £400,000 (£200,000 per property) to be allocated to the RRTBR 26/27 programme.
Reasons for the decision:
In response the above, the decision has been made to use allocated funds of £400,000 (£200,000 per property) to purchase Flats 10 and 31 Latimer Grange, Headington, OX3 7PQ / OX3 7PH to provide 2 more additional affordable housing units for the HRA to respond to the immediate housing need.
