Decision:
The Deputy Chief Executive decides as follows:
To purchase the leasehold of a block of 2 x one-bedroom flats, 119A and 119B Rose Hill, Oxford, OX4 4HT for a total purchase price of £500,000 to be allocated to RRTBR 25/26 programme for general needs social rent.
Reasons for the decision:
In response the above, the decision has been made to use allocated funds of £500,000 to purchase 2 x one-bedroom flats at 119A and 119B Rose Hill, OX4 4HT in order to provide two more additional affordable housing unit for the HRA to respond to the immediate housing need.
