To approve £20,000 build-cost price increase for the purchase and transfer of the property 25 Westlands Drive from OCH(D)L to the Oxford City Councils Housing Revenue Account (HRA) to enable to same to be provide as affordable housing at social rent tenure.

To buy-back the property 25 Westlands Drive, Oxford, OX3 9QR
This decision is seeking a change to the purchase price to facilitate the transfer of this project.
The build costs of undertaking some of this work has increased and it is challenging to ensure the original objectives for the scheme, in delivering these homes back to the Council to let at Social (Council) Rents, as set out in the OCHL & HRA business plans.
