Purpose:

To award the contract to the supplier who submitted the most economically advantageous offer.

Decision:

To award the three year contract for the provision of ballot papers to Latcham Direct Ltd, in accordance with the Council’s procurement process for a contract value of £18,000 which is within the budget provision.

Reasons for the decision:

The council’s normal procurement process was followed via the procurement portal.  Five quotations were received and evaluated and Latcham Direct Ltd evidenced the best value for money.

Susan Sale, Head of Law and Governance in accordance with Contract Rules (19.22(a)) for a contract value between £10,000 and £100,000 and within the budget provision and  in consultation with Councillor Susan Brown, Leader of the Council.
