Purpose:
To award the contract to the supplier who submitted the most economically advantageous offer.
Decision:
To award the three year contract for the provision of ballot papers to Stephen Austin & Sons Ltd, in accordance with the Council’s procurement process for a contract value of £30,000 which is within the budget provision
Reasons for the decision:
The council’s normal procurement process was followed via the procurement portal. Five quotations were received and evaluated and Stephen Austin & Sons Ltd evidenced the best value for money.

Susan Sale, Head of Law and Governance, in accordance with Contract Rules (19.22(a)) for a contract value between £10,000 and £100,000 and within the budget provision and in consultation with Councillor Susan Brown, Leader of the Council.
