Purpose:
Submitting an area application is the first
step in preparing a neighbourhood plan. The report will set out the
neighbourhood area proposed by Littlemore Parish Council and their
reasons for proposing this. The report will also set out the
results of the statutory six week consultation on the area
application. The report will then ask CEB to approve the area
application.
Decisions:
The Head ofPlanning, Sustainable Development and Regulatory Services submitted a report which sought to designate the Littlemore Neighbourhood Area for the purpose of delivering a Neighbourhood Plan.
The Planning Officer spoke briefly to the report. She said that the application had been made by the Parish Council and the City Council had a duty to designate it as the proposal coincided with the Parish Council boundary
The City Executive Board resolved to designate the Littlemore Neighbourhood Area
