For the Director of Planning and Regulation to approve the Community Infrastructure Levy application for Councillor Alfie Davis

The Director of Communities and Citizens Services decides as follows:

Approve the Ward Member Budget request from Councillor Davis for £400 payment to The Oxford Gender Affirming Clothing Fund hosted by T(ART) Productions CIC - purchasing of clothing/supplies.

Councillor Davis has submitted a request for £400 for the payment to The Oxford Gender Affirming Clothing Fund hosted by T(ART) Productions CIC - purchase of clothing/supplies.

The Councillor notes ‘For purchase of gender affirming clothing for trans+ and gender non-conforming community members who cannot afford it themselves - these groups as disproportionately likely to face homelessness or poverty and be unable to afford such items themselves.’

The Ward Member spend could not be approved; however, the application has been reviewed by the relevant consultees and fits with the scheme as set out within the Constitution.
